IN STORE PURCHASES:
It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original receipt, to provide store credit or exchange on any unused merchandise, in its original packaging, within 30 days following the date of purchase, at any L&M Taylor Soccer store. Shoes can be tried on inside the home but cannot be tried on turf, grass, or concrete as it will damage the shoe and be considered used. All clearance sale merchandise and special order team wear are final sale and not subject to a refund.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Undergarments
- Sports Bras
- Athletic Supports
- Mouth guards
- Opened Socks
- Any customized product
We provide an in-store warranty on defective cleats 90 days from purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. If the defective merchandise cannot be repaired or exchanged, you will be reimbursed for your purchase with store credit. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use and/or accidental breakage.
- Cleats with manufacture defects will often break withing the first couple of uses. For rare defects occurring after 90 days, we ask that you contact the dealer directly.
We have a no-refund policy on all merchandise.

We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn regular price merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip. How do I return an online purchase?
Please email us within 14 days after your order has been delivered to you. We will provide instructions on how to send back the product. A refund will not be issued until the product is returned to us. If an exchange or refund is being issued, we will first have to receive the original order back, and inspect it to ensure it is unused, before we will ship out the new product or issue the refund. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
