In Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at both our Toronto and Whitby locations listed below.

If an item is available at one location but you would prefer to pick it up at the other, please place your order first and then contact us by phone or email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $15.00 on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding any orders containing custom teamwear or customized licensed apparel, which may take 4–6 weeks to complete.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for the courier to pick up and scan your package.

We ship using a variety of carriers and always aim to choose the fastest option available within our flat rate.

Carriers we commonly use:
UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, and GLS

Estimated Shipping Times

Within GTA and Durham: 1-2 business days
Within Ontario: 1 business day and up to 4 business days
Outside Ontario: 3 business days and up to 7 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary, especially during peak periods such as the holiday season. Orders placed after December 15th are not guaranteed to arrive before December 25th.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the courier, it is no longer under our control. While we will always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the courier.

If an issue arises, we can help initiate or support a claim with the courier. However, please note that claims typically require proof (such as photos of damage or confirmation from the courier that a package is lost). Without sufficient proof, there may be limited options for resolution.

For the fastest assistance, we also recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.
