We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn regular price merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip. We do not refund for the shipping, even if your order qualified for free shipping. This is because the order was still shipped out to you, regardless of why the order is being refunded. All clearance sale merchandise and special order team wear are final sale and not subject to a refund.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Undergarments
- Sports Bras
- Athletic Supports
- Mouth guards
- Opened Socks
- Any customized product
- Special order team wear
We provide an in-store warranty on defective cleats 90 days from purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. If the defective merchandise cannot be repaired or exchanged, you will be reimbursed for your purchase with store credit. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use and/or accidental breakage.
- Cleats with manufacture defects will often break withing the first couple of uses. For rare defects occurring after 90 days, we ask that you contact the dealer directly.
