General Questions:

Can I order in store, over the phone, or through email?

The only way you can place an order for your Nitros Uniforms is here on our website. We will not be taking any orders in store, over the phone, or through email. 

What am I supposed to order?

Someone from the club (your coach, team manager, etc) should inform you of what you need to order but in case they didn't, you should have one of each of the following. Be sure to check that the club isn't providing these items to you before you order!

How do I know what sizes to get?

The Youth sizes will have an age group listed. Ex: YS (8-10 years old). This is just a suggested size based on the size of an average child of that age. It is not always going to be an accurate size if your child is tall or small for their age. North Toronto Nitros should have samples for try-ons.

How do the sock sizes work?

Sock sizes are based on shoe size.
Ex: If your child wears a size 3Y or smaller shoe, they would wear an XS sock.
Ex: If your child wears a size 6.5, round up to a Medium sock. They shrink if you put them in the dryer. 

What number do I put on the back of the jerseys?

North Toronto Nitros will provide a number to you. Please do not pick your number yourself without talking to them first or you may take a number someone else on your team has.

Do I get any discounts?

All nitro's uniform pieces are already 50% off retail price. No additional discounts can be added on top of this. However we do offer a 25% discount on regular priced shoes and shin guards online and in store. The discount code (NTNITROS25) can only be applied when logged into your Nitros Account. In store, all we need is for you to show us your Team Snap, or a registration email from the club.

How do I wash the uniforms?

If washed incorrectly, the uniform pieces can be damaged. Below is how we suggest washing.

Jerseys, shorts, tracksuit:

  • Wash in cold on gentle cycle
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not put in dryer
  • Hang or lay flat to dry
  • Note: Dryer will result in damage to crest and numbers


  • Wash in cold on gentle cycle

  • Note: Dryer will result in shrinkage

Order Adjustments:

There is a $10 administrative charge if you need to make any adjustments to your order.

What if I entered the incorrect number to go on the jersey?

If you get an incorrect number on a jersey, perhaps a number someone on the team already has, we can replace the number for you. Please email us to arrange this. It is not able to be done on the spot, the jersey will have to be left with us for a few days. There will be an extra cost to replace the number. 

What if I ordered the incorrect product or size?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item let us know as soon as possible and we may be able to change it. If it's already done and printed with your number or a crest, there is nothing we can do. All customized items are final sale.

What if a size or product is unavailable?

If sizes aren't available on the website it means we don't have any in stock. The sizes online and in store are the same (if it's not in stock online, it's not in stock in store). Items are updated quite frequently so you shouldn't have to wait long for something to come back into stock.

What do I do if I receive the incorrect order?

Please contact us as soon as you receive your order so we can resolve any issues as best we can.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We do our best to ship orders within 7 business days, however it may take longer due to the mass amount of orders we receive. We do expedited shipping via Canada Post and they estimate 1-5 business days to deliver depending on location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Unfortunately due to the mass amount of orders we have to fulfill we will not be offering in store pickup.
